Freelance Journalist
Dom Schott is a freelance journalist, former archaeologist and cat owner. His work mainly focuses on gaming communities, depictions of history and historic events in digital media and the analysis of stereotypes in games. In early 2020 he started his own online magazine “OK COOL” where he interviews strangers from the games industry every Sunday in order not to get lonely.
Beside his work as a journalist, he is a freelance podcast producer, teaches students about online journalism as guest lecturer and supports developers as historical & cultural consultant.
