Skander Morgenthaler

Skander Morgenthaler was born in 1976 and is a member of the games team of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur – BMVI). His main tasks are the federal games funding programme and the German Video Game Awards (Deutscher Computerspielpreis – DCP). He studied Computer Science and Geography in Berlin and was working on various large IT projects for the federal government before becoming professionally involved with gaming in 2015. He is gaming since the early 80’s, in recent years focussing on story driven RPGs. Lately security cams witnessed him netrunning throughout Night City.
