Tiago Correia
Tiago is a resourceful strategy professional with over 12 years of experience in the Media, Entertainment & Tech space and a Masters in Management from London Business School. He currently works at Warner Music Group, with a remit to develop strategic partnerships with businesses in the creative and technology industries, particularly in the spaces of gaming and next-gen content, having led first-of-its-kind deals with the likes of Genies, The Sandbox, Wave, etc. His role is also one of corporate strategy and ventures, having been a decisive part of investments into creative technology companies such as Dapper Labs, Anything World and Overwolf. Over the course of his tenure at WMG, he’s exec produced virtual events in gaming platforms that have gathered millions of fans together, including the first ever musical event at Roblox and recent collaborations with Fortnite, as well as the first ever music-focused NFT. He has worked with artists like Gorillaz, Twenty One Pilots, Muse, David Guetta, PinkPantheress, Coldplay, Ava Max, etc.
His previous experience ranges between the space of consulting and media, technology and entertainment, having previously worked with companies such as CNN, Amazon and PwC. As a strategist he’s developed board-level strategy projects with FTSE 100 and S&P 500 firms, and his past client roster has included Google, NBCUniversal, Apple, Spotify, Sky, etc. Tiago is a ‘knowledge junkie’ passionate about film, gaming and entertainment and he enjoys comedy just as much as politics and loves speculating on the future of technology while irregularly writing and speaking at events, having talked at the Mobile World Congress, Sonar+D, Midem, etc. [vc_column_text]
